Coordinating your Bridesmaids
One of our brides wanted to offer a selection of dresses to her bridesmaids, but needed to communicate clear boundaries and offer tangible color samples. We found chic cards and helped her create a keepsake, like the ones below, that will help guide her long-distance ‘maids through ordering their wedding attire.
The feedback from the bridesmaids so far: “THANK YOU for making my shopping sooo much easier!! Can’t wait for the wedding!”
Allowing bridesmaids to make their own dress selection can be scary – for both the bride and the bridesmaid – unless the expectations are clearly communicated. With one mailing we freed this bride from dozens of questions, and gave her ‘maids all the information needed to shop with confidence. Happy shopping!

LOVE this idea, especially with the color samples! Are those paint strips like you get at the hardware store? I love collecting those!
I love this idea and the paint color strips is just genius!
Here’s a tip if you are using Personalized Ribbon for a Wedding. Some personalized ribbon is single faced but make sure you use double faced beaded edge ribbon 3/8th inch or 5/8 inch width ribbon. Which means the ribbon is shiny on both sides of the ribbon and won’t fray at the edges when it is cut.It can also be cost effective to use Personalized Wedding Ribbon by the roll uncut, then just cut it to the length you need. A lot of wedding planners use personalized ribbon for Wedding Favors to add a touch of class and sophistication. Your guests will surely notice the extra effort.
Good luck!
